So i am a league bowler and me and my husband just started the league a week agoand then found out we were pregnant. Im not sure if bowling is going to be to much on the baby or if its ok if i am just careful? And aldo same as volleyball? Would i be ok as long as i dont dive on the ground and such? It is just a fun volleyball league our town does and i want to play but of course dont want to hurt the baby.

I started a fall softball league around week 12 and the last week was week 20... by the last day I would get really sore and a bit nervous but at the beginning of the pregnancy it is your body at risk more than the baby (ie pulling a muscle)... that's what my dr told me

I think bowling would be ok but i would be very cautious if your going to play volley ball. As long as the leaugues are over by the time you get really big you should be fine. But ya talk to your dr first.

You should ask your doc, very often they say if you already go it than it should be fine just nothing new, of course you can't dive anymore and you should also avoid getting hit but I don't see a problem with bowling unless of course your boling ball is made of lead lol
