If you're worried about being pregnant, the best way to find out is to call your doctor and get a blood test taken. That's the best way to find out if you're pregnant. I heard that some people get false negatives. Fortunately, I am not one of those people, for all of three of my pregnancies, it was positive after the first missed period. So you might be one of those exceptions who end up with false negatives when you get pregnant. I have no idea why that happens but for some people it happens that way. *shrugs* The best way to really find out is to see a doctor.
I concieved this baby at the beginning of sept you would now be 9 weeks pregnant,a test at this stage would be positive.your body sounds like its not ovulating, and I would say the pain you experienced last week,I would say is ovulation.so you are most likely to get your period within the next week or so.its not uncommon for this to happen.if you are concerned about pregnancy then a blood test would confirm for definate, but I would say not.
