Almost 30 & Want a Baby

My Name is Michele 28 almost 29 My husband is 43 we have been trying to have a baby for 4.5 years we have had some test done that show he has a low sperm count. My question is what can we do to help us conceive where we don't have to go to the doctors as he dose not have health insurance and we can't afford all of the invetro to help increase the number of sperm? We/I would like to have a baby before I am 30 as i know the risk factors go up for women over 30 and we also know that I am fine as I have been pregnant in the past. So if someone knows a really good trick and something that really works to help me out I would be supper grateful more then you'll ever know as it means the world to me to be a mom. Thanks to all.

I am not sure what you could do besides seek medical intervention, but wanted to mention that it is 35 where pregnancy risks increase significantly. Not 30. I am 30 now and due in a month, and my boyfriend is 44. Sooo. there is hope!! I would call around. Lots of reproductive physicians will take payments and try and work with you from what I have heard! Best of luck!

I honestly not very good at knowing how to TTC but I wanted to wish you luck and give you lots of sticky baby dust. I hope you get your little bean soon! :)
