Already moms, advice?

I have a daughter, she's gonna be 2 years old in July. When she was about 9 months old, she got a bad cold, so I took her into the ER. It turns out, it was a good patch of pneumonia in her lungs. They kept her for two days on a nebulizer and meds. A few months later, she got a cough and cold again, and I took her back to the ER because there wasn't any room at her doctors. Turns out she had bronchitis, and there was still a small patch of pneumonia left over from the previous stay. Well now, since Friday, she's had a recurring fever, runny nose and phlegm, a bad couch, and is always napping. I've been giving her Tylenol and cough meds, but they wear out and she's back to where she was. The doctors office doesn't have any appointment times open today, should I just take her through the ER considering her history with pneumonia?  Or can I wait it out? I don't wanna take her AGAIN and it be just a cold. You know? I'm just worried that she'd be more susceptible to pneumonia since she's had it before.

I would take her to the ER.  It sounds like she has an underlying issue with her respiratory system that makes her vulnerable to respiratory infections.
