Always worried

Ladies what do u do so u don't always think negative and worry

Thank u ladies God is good always so I'll just increase my prayer everytime I have thoughts

I was like that I still have thoughts but I'm 31 weeks now and have been 100% healthy me and baby so I just think positive and keep faith in god and believe he will answer my prayers but as a mother worrieing never stops you will worrie more when he are she gets here just keep faith

What helps me is praying life and God's peace of me and my baby girl. :)

I'm not trying to push my religion, but prayer does work.. I always worry something might come out wrong with my baby but whatever happens, happens. I leave it in God's hands, he knows my strength and what I am capable of handling. All I ask is that my child not suffer if she comes out sick.

I try not to think. It's a dangerous past time. But if the thoughts occur theres not much I can do, its just a thought though nothing to be scared of. But tv or mpvies or talking to others keeps your mind occupied, playing board games or video games will do the trick too.
