Am I Pregnant?

Here is the background... I was 69 kgs in May, and now I'm 59kgs. my periods were normal for May and June and they started on 3rd of each month. I've taken 3 tests all of which have been negative, but lately I've been experiencing nausea, and very mild (and little) pink spotting (once) and abnormally painful stomach ache around my belly button, I've been running fever for the past 2 days.. My periods have still not started.. what is happening to me?

You ABSOLUTELY need to see a doctor ASAP.  Sudden and extreme weight loss along with your other symptoms are cause for concern and need medical attention to rule out some very serious conditions.  It does not sound like you are pregnant.

Its not all happened at once actually.. everything has been fine until the last two days.. only my periods are late.. i guess the fever is not really related to all this...but im really worried that i may be pregnant, what are the chances that the home pregancy tests cant detect pregnancy 3 times in a row?

A home pregnancy test is pretty accurate about 14 days after conception.

If you have lost 10kg in since May and have not being trying to lose weight, you MUST see a doctor.

ok - that makes a difference.

Sudden weight loss is well known to effects ones ovulation/menstrual cycles that that might be happening in your case.
