Am I Pregnant?

Okay so here's a question everybody.  And as of today I have had bloodwork done but it will be days before I know the results.  So of course I am sitting in suspense. I had my last period in June which I thought was pretty normal.  Over the past 2-3wks I have been spotting. My cycle is suppose to be completely on right now (I'm on the pill) but I'm still spotting.  As of this Monday I have had this never ending hunger that won't go away.  Last night and Monday night me and hubby woke up to eat.  Then the following morning I wake up starving as if I've eaten absolutely nothing. I've been having really bad hot flashes the past couple of days as well.  Oh yeah and sometimes I wake up in the morning and my back is killing me. This is something that's been happening over the past month or so. What do you guys think? And I've had two other babies but I was never hungrier than normal until 5-6mths. Hot flashes were a bare minimum as well.

No I didn't.  I've wasted so much money on those in the past that I didn't want to bother doing that again.  So I just went to the doctor.  Plus I didn't want to waste money on another pack of Birth Control pills if I don't need them.  Thought it'd be easier to just do the blood test.
