No, the only thing is that you wont be able to feel your baby move as early as a person with a posterior placenta.
The only problem an anterior placenta has is if you have a c section they are more and likely to cut in on your placenta and make you hemorrhage.
I also wouldn't say it does, I have an anterior placenta and I started to feel her move at around 22 weeks but even now at 36 weeks she can roll round and the only way I can tell is by watching my stomach I can't actually feel it. So when you start to watch your movements watch your stomach as well, I didn't realise how much I missed hahah
I wouldn't say it cause problems, however I'm 25 weeks and I just started feeling my son move on a daily basis last week bc my placenta is in front of him.
