Any Suggestions??? Please Answer!

Okay so I am currently 14 weeks. I live in Alaska, and today we had a snow storm, where we got lots of snow. So I was out this morning shoveling my deck and driveway with my husband. ( My drive way is probably a 1/4 to 1/2 mile long) We are still looking for a plow or a snow blower. But anywho with the continuous snow, I ended up going back out there again and shoveling for a second, and then a third time today. Each time I was getting more and more sore. Now Its 9:00pm at night, and I am hurting to the point I want to cry. The only way I feel some comfort is by sitting on my couch slanted, but its still some what painful. I have taken a hot shower already and it didnt do anytthing for me. If i try to stand up, my hip gives out and I fall. and my back just makes me look like an old granny when i walk. Does anyone have any suggestions. I dont have an option for a massage or a bath, and I am limited on Money. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Thank You.. Unfotuantly I dont have any kind of Pain killers, the only I have is Tylenol, and My hubby will be sure to make a fit about that. lol

Erm have u got any painkillers paracetamol are safe to take. Nice warm cup hot choc or horlicks! Hope u feel better soon :-)

lol.. Thats funny you said that too. Because I am limping all over the place. I even told my hubby this morning.. You better hope Baby and I dont over do it... lol He goes well then dont. haha. Yea I am done shoveling. I am cuddling with my pillow blanket, and About to make my hubby get up an make me some hot choclate.. lol Oh and watching Repo Games. lol

Stay in whatever position makes you comfy and dont move for nothin if you can help it. I was just like that yesterday (tuesday) after my first class. I got home and I thought my hubby was gonna freak because I was limping and crying. But once I laid down I started feeling better.
