This is my 1st pregnancy. For the people who have children did you get vaccination for anything while you are pregnant?  Or after pregnancy?

Thanks but all I want is for my baby to arrive healthy. I have already got 1 child that is very smart and my second child is of average intelligence. They both have their individual gifts and talents. Life would be boring if we are all the same. My daughter is top of the class and my son works hard to be an average student, they both get the same praise cause they both put in equal effort. I teach my kids that once they put in their best effort then I am very proud. This generation have it hard they have to be the best at everything no room for the average kid. My parenting style is just let the kids be who they are, by all means encourage them just don't be pushy.

Wouldn't recommend flu shots or vaccination without a lot of research. Important if you have asthma or other illnesses but if you are generally healthy no need. As for that lady who had a shot due to her blood type that's completely different to vaccination. That's an Anti D injection you get depending on your blood type as your body could reject the baby depending on its blood type. So this stops that. I have to get those injections every time I am pregnant. Which have had no side effects to me or my babies.

I had to have a shot because of my blood type. Not sure what it's called. I also get flu shots but usually makes me sick.

If you are talking about the flu vaccination it's recommended that you get it when pregnant! This is my first also but I had my flu shot a couple of weeks ago. :)
