I wish Benadryl worked for my nausea. I have to take it sometimes for my horrible congestion.

Benadryl is a life savor..I use it for nausea...allergies..and its a nice sleep aid. I only take it maybe twice a week..

Dramamine, preggie pops. Powerade instead of water, crackers with salt. I've been told orange juice and yogurt help too but I cannot have that much sugar. If those fail you can see if your OB will give you Zofran. My OB just gave me some last night after a month of bad nausea and vomiting. Hope you find something that helps. Congrats on your pregnancy
