had scan done on nov5th with fetal pole measure me at 6wks and 3day then had other scan on 14th sayin fetal pole is 6wks and 1day sac is well define and they see baby just no heartbeat what should i do i dnt feel sick not bleeding or cramping at all have other scan on dec1 with other doc because am not understand whats goin on

i never had no symptoms the whole time i have felt the sameway even if i dint know i was pergnant at all

they didnt say in the report they didnt see this fulid the lasttime he said and that gastational sac is well define shape and has fetal pole without heartbeat and crl of 0.41cm so idk anymore

As other member said you should measuring ahead not backwards... However nothing can be said without another u/s which should be done with in next 7-10 Days...
There are various kinds of miscarriage in which common one is missed miscarriage where person body does not realise tht baby has stopped growing and u loose no pregnancy symptoms... But bear in mind this is not always the case...
You should stay relax as stress and anxiety can trigger many problems... I know its easy said than done... But theres nothing anyone can do if miscarriage is abt to happen... U really need growth u/s if no changes have been made thn thy cn only make any diagnostics... Take care n best of luck... Keeping u in my prayers...

is the fluid a good or bad thing when we found out we were pregnant this time around i went in for an u/s and i should of been 7 weeks i thoght and he couldn't see anything i wnet back 10 days later and and they thought i was about 5w5d there was a hb but it was only 95 so they thought it was just starting so i had to come back again in a couple days to make sure the hb was going  up and at that time it was 118 so it was a lot of waiting and lots of worry

this has made me so nervos am tryin stay so postive i havent bleeding or cramping i havent felt sick this whole time i foundout i was pergnant he also wrote that he now see small amount of collection fluid surrounding the inferiorly which he didnt see before

it doesn't sound good you should of been measuring over 7 weeks and seeing a good heartbeat by then.  but another thing is maybe it was way to early on the first one or you ovulated really late.  i will be thinking about you hope for the best and things work out
