Good luck!  When we found out, our little boy had his legs crossed when we first got there and I was soo bummed but the tech said she had other things to check like his heart and bone measurements so she did those and poked and prodded me for close to 45 min and by the end we got a spread eagle view!  Hopefully you will have a good, patient tech who will work around it if your little one is being uncooperative!
