Hi there i just looked at your chart,i wouldnt worry about other womens temps,they do vary,however im not sure i agree with your chart that you ovulated,i dont see a clear thermal shift as of yet..are you taking your temps the same time each morning before getting out of bed..
yup. Every morning before I'm even awake I check my BBT. How will I know there is a shift? I'm confused! Thanks.
Hi if you look at my chart im pregnant now,but you can see the shift,this is when i ovulated cd18..although ovulation tests are good,they are not as reliable as charting,as you can see it gave me positives after my temp shift,basically when you have ovulated,your post o temps will be higher than pre o temps.
Copy and past this link it will show you a typical chart example,but dont assume your temps should be the same not the case,everyone has different body temps,for myself if i leave the window open,my temp will be down,here is the link..
