Try eating about 6 snacks a day and at least one meal :) think of it as feeding the baby nit yourself :) I was brought up on junk also :/ but I now live with my husband and his family til we afford our own place (it's so expensive in Los Angeles) and I don't eat a lot of what they eat because they are Hispanic and I'm not so eating is especially hard for me but I manage a bowl of cereal and any American food they tend to buy haha :)

I eat alot of fruit cause 2 of my animals eat fruit so its always in my house lol.My mum has only just managed to keep her baby weight on her 3rd baby, she was the same weight since sshe was 15 untill 3 yrs ago LOL....

I plan to eat. My Peanut will eat fruits and veg. Unlike what I was brought up on... Junk.. basically. its not good... If we want fruit in the house I buy it. LOL...my mum dont. I can eat snacks fine and things whereas I cant meals, but where I have my brother and sister 6 days a week running around after them it burns off.. LOL..

Haha well I believe in you! Just try drinking high calorie shakes and high protein shakes! I eat crackers with peanut butter on them and count that as a meal because peanut butter is very good for the baby! I find it's easier to eat snacks than meals so I don't stress myself over cooking or buying a meal.. Maybe try eating cut up apples or peaches? Watermelon is also good that won't make you feel like you've given in to food. Some women barely gain any weight during pregnancy! My friend just had a 7 pound baby and didn't even look pregnant and maintained her 110 body weight. It's different for everyone but you really gotta try for your baby! Even after he or she is born... Don't want them seeing mommy not eat or else they may catch your habits also!

I aint gained nothing LOL.... Ive lost weight.. Not gained it..
I eat little and often and things when I get the time...
I have low blood pressure as well its like 90/60 or something so I have to eat or i'll faint, its so hard when you dont like food... I got discharged from the clinic, and they think I can do this by myself which gave me some hope...
Doesnt help when your bf says... 'we'll get a wii so you can lose the baby fat if you get any'' as a joke though.... I kicked him in the ya knows.. :) But he knows I will have baby fat I had some last time.. even though I lost weight? Doesnt make sense

LOL

Mine certaintly has! I weighed 90 pounds when I found out I was pregnant. I now weigh 115 and I'm in my 30 th week. I got reassurance in knowing if I go a day without eating the baby will take what it needs from my stored fats and such. It's heartbreaking thing to over come but I love food now! I hated it for almost 4 years and became so distant with everything that until I got pregnant I didn't even know what was wrong with myself. I eat daily though and if I don't feel like eating I drink ensure which has helped me gain also! Maybe you could try it?

I am hoping this will help me keep on weight I weight 7stone 100 pounds.... And I am size 4-6 stil... Its horrible.
If I get postnatal depression... I am back to the start. I had Anorexia for 3 years. I still cant eat an adults sized portion of food. It's a nightmare.. most days I still wont eat. Anoreixa has also caused me to develop BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder) and Paranoia and anxiety. :(
I hope my peanut will help me over come it properly :)
