help!!

Okay so last night I found out that I have a uti. When I came home I had a extremly hugh fever of 101.4 an I couldn't sleep. Now I've been throwing up an my fever spiked back up again. Should I go back to the hospital or will it go away? I never had this problem before. Please help

I have a long history of uti's but never experienced that so yes I would advise you go back to the doctor
