I was like that at my 36 week check up. I measured almost 2 weeks behind. By 40 weeks I was measuring right. My baby was 6 lbs and 15 oz and 20 3/4 inches. He was fine.
I was told my 2nd baby was going to be 12-14lb at 38 weeks by growth scan so was induced and baby was born at 7lb 14oz my sis in law had to be deliver at 33 weeks and was told baby would be 3lb and he was born next day at 4lb 9oz these growth scans can be wrong so try not to worry till baby is born
I'm 36 weeks & my baby is 4lbs 4oz but my doctor said everything was just fine and the baby was healthy I just need to eat more to gain more weight to give the baby more room to move around
Just after checking it out on the Internet. Can put on 1/2 pound every week in the last 4 wks. So you have nothing to worry about.

My nephew measured really small and was still 7lbs 1.3oz at birth. Ultrasound weight guesses can be a pound off on either side lol
I should also add that my sister was born in 1998 and back then they didn't do ultrasounds. She was born full term and weighed only 4lbs, and less than that when she left the hospital. She was perfectly healthy and full term, just tiny :)
At 35 weeks my first son measured 5lbs and he can out at exactly 37 weeks weighing 8.2lbs
They can only guess on those scans. My son was predicted 2 pounds heavier he was 6.11 pounds.
