What are the essentials for baby registry's? I feel like I'm forgetting things!

On the babies r us website, it has a registry guide and has the 'essentials' recommended to you.  I did my registry at 18w and every now and then, I go over the registry check list to say "Yup, we have/are getting that"  and to feel assured that we have or will have everything we need by the time our little boy comes!

Sun shades for the car windows
Humidifier
Nose sucker thingy (for boogers)

I could go on and on.
I walked through the whole baby section at Target and the entire Babies R us and scanned everything that I liked so I knew I wouldn't miss anything
