preparing for labor/birth

I heard to lube yourself and stretch it down in that area in order to prevent tearing, however I wonder if after the baby it will go back to normal size. It's like a rubber band right? You stretch it all the time until it stays stretched. Any thoughts ladies

I was wondering... when u have sex for the first time,  don't you rip then too? Tear ur self? I thought I had a rip after my first time even though we werent able to really do it. My hubby stopped after he saw how much pain I was in. But still I know the pain and even trying was unbelievable.  Do will this be the same that u have then? Im a ftm so idk.

What is a episiotomi

It goes back to normal. The trick is to make sure your doctor utilizes perineal  massage and you listen when he or she tells you how to push and when. Most people who tear tear because they push too hard and too fast when baby's head is coming out. You have to give your vaginal time to stretch slowly. Also, most episiotomies, even with big babies, are not necessary.

thats why you do exercises for down there and women are ment to stretch down there an you only do that when you dialting to prep you for the ring of fire and you barley stretch any your self even when you do do it

The doctor should use some kind of oil or something to help you to not tear also you can ask to be cut so you have less of a chance of tearing and would only need one or 2 stitches.

Yes it goes back to its shape before having a baby. And you don't need to stretch it out like your thinking, having sex stretches is enough or you can message the bottom of your vagina at its thickest point near the butt because that is what will rip...although even doing this doesn't always prevent you from ripping, you can still rip if baby is big headed ;)
