You can eat almost anything while being pregnant. Deli meat is fine and you don't have to warm it up first. It's a personal choice whether you do or not.
If your worried about it, you can always get a hydrator and make your own.
Because I've heard it contains nitrates in it, like deli meat and hot dogs.. But thank you :)
Actually I dont think your supposed to eat it as its cured/smoked like ham and bacon :/
Sure is tastes good too. It's not like raw meat or anything.
I've been eating it my whole pregnancy. In 36+5 now and no problems.
