Birthing mirror??

Has anyone used the mirror while giving birth??? This is my third baby and I've passed it up twice.... Since I have yet to see someone giving birth and will be getting my tubes tied, I really think I would like to use one this time..... I'm not sure though because I have a really weak stomach
.. If anyone has used one, I would love to hear about your experience..

I don't think it hurts to have it in the room if you're undecided. If it's too much for you, just ask a nurse to adjust it so you can't see anymore!

I did and I loved it!!! I'll deaf do it this time around. It was a mojar encouragement like your almost there just a lil more.

I would watch a live birth on youtube and if you can handle that then go ahead and try it; if you dont like it then just ask them to move it so you cant see

I used one for my 1st but never again! Yes it's beautiful. Butttt you are also seeing your vag being stretched open HUGE! and she was only 5.9lbs! I'm on#3 and I don't ever want to see it again! But that is just me!

I refused with my daughter because I had no desire to see it, but since then I've been at other births and it's so beautiful to watch a baby come into the world! I will probably user one this time, and I will definitely reach down and touch the head as it comes out. I was too chicken last time!

I always have mine and I love it. This is gonna be my 4th. At times I forget its there but I love watching

I have a friend who used one for her second and mainly to help her know when to push and liked it but I don't think I could do it because of watching my own body rip open (sorry if gory) with my first I had an excellent nurse and doc though that I trusted
