further along or nott
so i took a pregnacy test about 2 weeks after having sex and i took it 6 days before my missed before is there a chance im further along then 4 weeks?
How much further along do you have in mind? Some of the early-results tests are sensitive enough to pick up pregnancy six days before a missed period. Did you have a normal period last month? When did it start in relation to the test?
When are you supposed to be due? Did you take the test on the day you missed your period? Or afterwards? Or if you want to make sure, go to your doctor and get your blood HCG levels tested. That way, you will get a definitive answer.
Blood hCG levels won't tell you how far along you are, since the range of "normal" at 5 weeks is something like 10 to 7,000. But you could get an ultrasound at 7 weeks from the first day of your previous period, and it should tell you if you got pregnant this month or last month, anyway.
