I hate eggs also!! I eat half an avo on multigrain gluten free toast with a dash of lemon juice, paprika and pepper. If I don't have that it's usually Peanut Butter, banana, honey and cinnamon on toast. Always with a cup of tea :-) and a yoghurt and piece of fruit a little bit later on.
Do you guys think that if I ask my doctor for the list of meals he gives the women with diabetes is a good idea also?
I make bacon, sausage patties, biscuits, waffles / pancakes. If I'on feel like cookin, I jst eat cereal or yogurt & fruit.
Usually what the hubby n boys chose lol but I do love oatmeal :))
Yogurt & granola with fresh fruit along with a glass of milk or your fav juice. I personally have been on a waffles and muffins kick!
I eat wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana... granola with yogurt....certain cereal...
Can also add avocado and cocoa with banana and honey to the oats mixture to have a pudding breakfast
Soak oats, nuts, seeds overnight. Drain and throw into blender with fruit like banana, pineapple, apple
I really like fruit salads, No citrus or grapes because they cause me to throw up, pancakes with different toppings, Bacon & tomatoe grilled cheese, oatmeal with chopped strawberries & different berries, slice of pound cake with a little bit of Nutella on top with some fruit. Hope this helps ( :
