As many of you know, you can change your theme on your MY MEDHELP page. MedHelp has been customizing those backgrounds to support different causes. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month (in the USA). Please show your support by changing your background! To do that:

1). Go to MY MEDHELP
2). Click on the GEAR-shape on the right-hand side
3). Choose THEME COLORS
4). Choose the pink ribbon theme page (should be the last one on there) and hit SAVE.

My mom died of breast cancer 4 years ago and so I'm very touched about this special background theme to honor those who have survived and those who've passed on because of cancer. Please, also remember to give yourself an exam MONTHLY (after your period ends) and notify your doctor of any lumps, bumps, or puckering skin.

I was wondering if I could email you. I have a few questions that I need opinions on, they are kind of personal which is why I haven't posted before, but it is pretaining to Breast Cancer and Breast Cancer awareness.

Thanks for letting us know Joy! Both of my grandmothers as well as my aunt had it . My Mom has had a few scares but nothing. I think she is scared she will get it! I would never have known it was on there Thanks agian!

My great grandmother had breast cancer and had one breast removed...I am terrified that this will happen for me.  Although we never had a great relationship (she was very old fashion) she passed away in 97 I think...I'm changing my background now!

My aunt had breast cancer but luckily beat it after 2 years of treatment. I have also had a lump removed from my own breast before. I am happy that they are doing this and I am sorry for your loss Joy. Moms are the heart of the family. I can't even imagine what you went through. I will gladly change my background with you!
