Breast Pumping!!!

My main goal is breast pumping. My doctor said that I could pump and freeze my bottles. After how many hrs are they considered to old and can't be used???

Storing at room temp: 8 hours
Fridge: a week
Freezer: 6 months

In a fridge: a few days
In a refrigerator freezer: 1-2 wks
In a super freezer: up to 5 weeks
I think.. im pretty sure on the super freezer.
