Breast feeding w/breast augmentation

I'm a FTM 33 weeks due on April 14. I got implants in 2012 (saline, under the muscle). At the time, my surgeon said that I will be able to bf and it will not hurt. But now I'm scared and Is wondering if there is any mamas out there that has bf with breast augmentation and what was your experience I want to breastfeed but not sure if I'm even going to produce enough milk, also what was the outcome after you finish bf did your boobs sag or stood the same. TIA

I breastfeed with absolutely no problem. Wear a push up Bra, so when the muscles start to firm up they won't sag. Personally I wear my Push ups every day while I'm pregnant although they are really large. Mine is behind the muscles,  so the milk flowed freely. There's nothing to worry about. I'll be breastfeeding my 3rd son also

I also have breast augmentation and would like to know as well. I have one sensitive nipple from the surgery but it seems okay now. My girlfriend said her boobs got smaller after. She only breastfed for two weeks. She had one kid, got implants and got pregnant again and then her boobs got smaller sje claims.

Not me personally, but one of my close friends just had a baby (he's a month old) and I asked her the same thing. She is breastfeeding just fine, he's getting enough milk and she hasn't had any complications whatsoever :)
Oh, and her boobs still look great :p
Hope that helps a little? Haha

What a great question! I'd also like to know the answer to this. I had an augmentation a little over a year ago and was told I could b/f as well, but for some reason I have my doubts. I'm most definitely gonna try :)
