Breathing heavy...
Has anyone ever started breathing really heavy an feel like your heart is flying?? I didn't really notice until I layed down to go to bed an I realized I was breathing way more than normal an I felt as if I went to sleep that I wouldn't be breathing enough. Any suggestions? Or should I go to the er I am a ftm an I'm scared.
Yes I do lol....its like awe man I know I'm not this big ha ha...feels like I've ran a marathon or something..
How far along are you? Pregnancy causes an increase in blood volume, and an increase in your heart rate. When the heart rate increases, so does your breathing.
I would mention this to your doctor because they will be able monitor your heart to be sure you're not having any kind of cardiac issues.
