Brownies in a Cup anyone?
Obviously not a question lol but I had this massive craving for brownies and of course I was too lazy to whip up a whole recipe AND not to mention I really didn't want to wait like 30 minutes lol So I found this lovely amazing recipe and I'm going to share it with you ladies! It's simple, fast and delicious!
Brownies in a cup!
Serves 1
Prep time: 1-2 minutes
Cook time: 45-55 seconds
2 TBSP of butter
2 TBSP of white sugar
1 TBSP of brown sugar (make sure its well packed)
Vanilla to taste
Pinch of salt
1 egg yolk
4 TBSP of flour
1 TBSP of cocoa powder
2 TBSP semi sweet chocolate chunks (could also use chocolate chips, I only had bakers chocolate which I shaved in pieces)
Directions:
Put your butter in your cup (coffee cup works great) and melt in in the microwave for about 30 secs (make sure it doesn't boil).
Stir in the sugars, vanilla and salt. Mix well.
Add your egg yolk and again mix well!
Add Flour and cocoa powder and mix again and again! (it'll be fairly thick by then)
Add you chocolate on top (or not, brownies don't need chocolate on top lol, I just followed the recipe) and pop the cup in the microwave and cook for about 45 seconds.
Time may differ with microwave, I cooked mine for about 55 seconds and I think I could of put it in another extra 10-15 seconds, but my mom cooked hers for 50 seconds and she said it turned out perfect. So just juggle around with the time until you get it right. You can top with a spoon of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
And voila! I'm a little addicted and really have to restrain myself to only one lol i'm sure you can play around with it, I think next time i'm going to try and put rolo chocolate on it.....maybe mix like 1 TBSP of peanut butter in there too lol Hope you enjoy ladies! and feel free to look up "recipes in a cup" and youll find lots of delicious looking recipes that I am so excited to try!!!

I was just too lazy to actually stand up for more then 5 minutes to make my brownie lol and God knows my hubby cant bake. He cooks awesome but baking is just a little harder lol Im scared everytime he tells me hes making a dessert lol he actually made strawberry ice cream (easy quick recipe again lol) but it actually tasted awesome!
OMG I had the greatest Brownies yesterday. I made them lol. But this recipe sounds super yuumy.
Omg! Thats so sad lol my son doesnt like chocolate so i force those chocolate bars down lol but he loves brownies and chocolate cookies and cakes
