checking your cervix???

Is it possible to check you own cervix and be able to tell if you have dilated or is it something you have to be trained to do?

Yes , you can check your own but the increase in bacteria and risks raise with you doing it then your doctor doing it .

I saw a response saying she did it herself. I don't want to check myself anyways lol

You should let a doctor cheak, im not sure if its okay or not but just to be on the safe side.ive seen ladys ask this on here and they get replys saying thats not good to do it yourself.
