Well my pregnancy test came out positive and my app here is saying I'm about three weeks. I know I need to start taking my prenatal but I'm not sure what to do after that
Schedule an obgyn appointment. Cut back on any bad habits, eat right and drink lots of waters. You might not see a Doctor until you are 8-10 weeks. So, until then I advise you to do the things I suggested above. If you have cramps, which is very common in the first trimester, take tylenol. It's perfectly safe. You might have spotting, very normal as well. As long as you don't bleed to fill up a pad while cramping, no worries. If that does happen, go to the ER immediately. Congrats!
