You can ask the doctors to give you something. I have heard lemons work, peppermint,tea, crackers. Try putting something in your belly before you get up from bed. I know I would feel sick when I first woke up. I started to keep crackers beside my bed so when I woke I'd eat a few and then get up. Try to keep yourself satisfied food wise , you don't have to eat heavy but small things even in the middle of the night like yogurt, fruit stuff that would stick to you.but it will be ok I had that problem I'm in my 2nd trimester and have that too. Really have to stay on your toes. But try some of those and see what works and run with it. Good luck and congrats
