Mother knows best...or does she?

Hey all..well im almost 32 weeks pregnant and i swear my mother in law thinks shes right about what im feeling. I feel like im getting my period. The pain is period crampy and shoots down mylegs making it hard to stand for long. Well my mother in law says that its my body thinking its getting its menstrual cycle. Id like to beg to differ. If that was the case,why does it happen more than once throughout the month? It happens literally anytime! But shes determined its my period. Im almost 32 weeks and only started feeling this towards the end of my pregnancy. But i guess shes right huh? Since she always is ::rolls eyes::. I heard its braxton hicks though. Can anyone weigh in? Thanks :)

Ugh don't get me started with my MIL!!!!! I can't deal with the "I know what it is....I've raised two already" line......she drives me crazy with that!!! I had the same pains but I was getting them recently at like 36 weeks....I'm now almost 38 weeks....I was told it's everything down there stretching and moving into place to prepare for birth!!!! And my Dr told me this!!!!

Thanks ladies that bumped..so im not getting my period huh? Lmao i just couldnt with that one.im glad to see its either the cervix thing or my uterus..the period thing sounded too insane haha

Sounds like braxton hicks i get them im 26+2 and thats what mine feels like.. thats what my doctor tells me it is too

Try having a mother inlaw that's never had a baby and never been pregnant ,tell you things about pregnancy that she doesn't even know -.- . The things us girls have to deal with lol

Ohhhh MIL's....they were put on this earth simply to drive us insane haha. I'm only 21 weeks so I don't have any experience with what you're goin through, but here's a bump!
