Can you lose your mucus plug at 30W ?

This is my second pregnancy , I dont remember losing it with my daughter. I mean I did but I didnt know I did lol the Dr told me.
With this one the past week I've been getting strong braxton hicks, but the closest they've been is 45 minutes. And all day I'm pretty sure I'm losing my plug , TMI ...
I'm not having the "bloody show" its just this long gooey ,slimy , white/cream color discharge ? Lol you know how kids play with that Slim stuff.... Thats what it kinda reminds me of just different in color. Sometimes it feels like I peed and when I go to the bathroom I have it hanging , like its gross!
And my drs assistant NEVER answers her damn phone ! Should I be worried ? It dont really bother me but I'm just curious on it...

You can lose your plug more than once as it can regenerate itself.
