Should I call my Doctor?

I'm 35 weeks pregnant and feel very nauseous. I feel like throwing up but that's it no pain or cramps. When I get cold I'll  put a jacket on in a few minutes I feel hot. My baby is constantly moving and I've gone to the restroom 3 times in the past hour. What do you mommy's think I should do? I feel like I'm getting sick.

Lately it's been all the time but i don't throw up. My mouth just gets watery and i keep spitting

Do you feel nauseous all the time or only in the mornings cause im also 35 weekks and throw up almost every morning :(

This is my second pregnancy and it is very different than my first. I have so much salvia that I either swallow it or keep spitting.

Call your doctor :) sometimes that's a sign of your baby coming!
