Carpal tunnel!?

Does anyone else wake up and can't move!? I'm 34w5d and I sleep on my hands which the good ole Internet tells me is carpal tunnel due to fluid in joints.. I feel like an elderly woman not one that's about to give birth!

Oh my goodness! I've had wrist pain for the past three days now.. When I got home today I couldn't even take my ring off without using soap because my fingers were so swollen! It's only my left hand too!  I've had issues before I was pregnant but didn't think anything of them!

I had carple tunnel in bot hands for years even did physical therapy, and wore braces. Now that im in my third trimester its back and my knuckles hurt so bad but its all day long. Braces are a good idea.at night and try not to sleep on your wrists.

I too was hoping it would go away after baby :( it gets so painful and my thumbs pop and kinda get stuck that my hubby sometimes has to pick the baby up for me. As the day goes on it gets a little better but mornings are the absolute worst!

Ive had the same problem. Wear a brace on your wrist when you sleep. It helps

it doesn't completely go away.  I'm 24 years old and I might need to go for surgery after.  it started with my first pregnancy and stayed.  and each pregnancy only made it worse as the vitamins that get taken from me.   I highly recommend you go to a drug store and buy the wrist bracelets it feels so much better

My hubby has done my hair and if I want, make up, for the past month or so because I have no grip in the morning what so ever. I get really swollen for the first three or four hours of the day and it really *****. I wash my hands in water as  hot as I can stand it and it helps some but not all of the pain and pressure.
