nipple advice.
So my nipples seem to be way dryerd and they have like a white substance in them. (If that makes sense ) But when i pick at it my nipple ends up looking like shredded cheese lol if it makes sense. If heard it could be dried pre baby milk.
I get the white dots too, totally normal. Invest in some vaseline or lanolin and put it on when you get out of the shower and any time you notice they look dry, it should definitely help.
