Coffee fix ;) not a question

So I just went to starbucks and got me a Grande white mocha, and no I kinda feel bad :( the last time I had coffee was 3wks ago but I was craving it like crazy today lol

i drank coffee with my first 2 pregnancies...& still drink it with my current pregnancy. I wont drink more than 2 cups (sometimes 3 lol) a day. My first was 8lbs 10oz and my 2nd was 7lbs 10oz, perfectly healthy babies! & this pregnancy they say he will be between 8.5-9lbs.

U can have 2 cups of coffee a day im a big tea drinker I've always drank atleast 4 cups of tea a day with all my pregnancy's and my kids are fine

Oh and you can also ask for half caf on any drink. But the hot venti drinks just have 2 shots also, unless its an americano. The iced venti drinks have 3 shots, so if yall like those you can ask for 1/3 decaf to stay in the caffeine limit.

They say u can have 200mg of caffeine a day. I worked at Starbucks and each shot of espresso has 75mg of caffeine, a Grande has two shots which is 150mg. So youre good :-)

You can order just about any drink from Starbucks as a decaf!!! Of course the sugar is still really high, but at least you get ur fix and theres no caffeine. :)

I drink coffee everyday....baby is doing great and growing on schedule. I can't survive without it being I have a 2 yr old already.

I am a huge coffee drinker and on my campus we have a Starbucks! :))))) I loved it. Went every morning. The day I found out about my baby I stopped and it s u c k s I have been wanting a fix for 9mths now! I have even had crying episodes because I can't have coffee. Lol

Once in a while is ok. More than one in a day may be bad for ur baby
