crisis and don't know what to think

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and still sitting in the emergency room (3hrs) now cause i bleeding alot Like a menstrual cycle but wasn't cramping. i still haven't got seen and was wondering if i was having a miscarriage.

I just left the emergency room and they say I'm actually further along then what i thought. But they say my placenta is attached to my uterus. But my baby is ok he or she was moving and had a strong heartbeat. But I'm at risk for a miscarriage so my doctors have to keep a close eye on me
