Completely freaked out!

I've been on the IUD since October of last year but I feel like I am pregnant, I don't know what else this could possibly be. Around April 4th I felt something a few times and it was up kind of higher on my stomach left corner area, like you'd start to feel further into your pregnancy. I've had 3 kids so I know what it feels like to be pregnant and I just gave birth to my last one last August. I was kind of freaked out so I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Now its almost a month later and I still feel it every now and than and I am more than freaked out. I went to the doctor two days ago and because I knew he would tell me I didn't need a pregnancy test because Iam on the IUD I went back peed in the cup and told the nurse i needed it first. (He's only been my doc bout 5mos) When the doctor came back he said it was negative, I told him I was on the IUD but that I feel something and its not right. He preceded to tell me that his wife has told him how after woman have babys they get bubbles in there stomach that can sometimes feel like things and maybe its just that! I told him I've had 3 kids, its not that and he just said "well I don't know what to tell you than except you cannot get pregnant on the IUD!" I've heard of people getting pregnant on it besides that I get severe migraines several times a month so I take a high dose of medication daily which falls under class d drug for pregnancy. I just don't know what to do and I know I'am know crazy but I don't know what else this could be!

I was actually birth control with my last two,  the IUD unfortunately is suppose to be the only birth control that my medications won't counteract!

That's just crazy, I couldn't imagine feeling this way for that long and have it be nothing! But I think I will see about having my IUD checked out or something!
