14 weeks pregnant and come and go buldge

i am 14 1/2 weeks pregnant and yesterday whilst i ws lying down i so a prominant protusion on my lower right side of my abdomen which moved a little later to right and then top. it ws so prominant tht i cud see it very clearly. any body knows wht this cud be.
