Confused - Is it possible to feel more nauseous even though I think I have had/having a mc?

I had a mc 4 mths ago and this month had a BFP but started having brown spotting since last sunday (sorry TMI) with some small clots, I am nearly 6 wks and the doc has booked me for a scan on tuesday. There was not enough discharge to need a pad - it was only when I wiped & has gradually got less during the week.

However I have been feeling more and more nauseous since sunday...? I am very confused as brown spotting seems to be 50% normal and 50% likley mc....? Also the increasing sick feeling - some web sites say is normal pregnancy and others say once you have mc'd your body still can keep the symtoms ie . feeling sick for the next few weeks????

Can anyone shed any light on this as I am trying to deal with having potentially had or having a mc but at the same time getting my hopes up because I feel sick.

With my miscarriage I just felt normal again. No pain bleeding nothing. So if I were you I would stay off your feet as much as possible. IF  you still feel pregnant than maybe its just old blood or something. You still feel sick so I would drink plenty of water and be as lazy as you possibly can. With my son I had a tear in my gestational sac they found it at 10 weeks i bled from about 4 1/2 weeks. Its not a biggie. It healed on its own, with 30 days bedrest, I have a healthy son that will be 2 in June..... Good luck to you! and your baby

If you didn't bleed that much and you're not in any pain...you should be fine hun. Clots usually isn't a good sign, but I'm glad you have a scan on Tuesday. I hope you and you're baby are okay!
When I Miscarried I bled like a Period with big clots...so you will definitely know when thats happening. Also, after I Miscarried I was nauseous for a week...which made me think I was still Pregnant somehow, but I wasn't...I was just very nauseous all the time. Don't know if it was my left over hormones or because of everything I was going through it was just making me sick.

I bled for the first 9 months, period bleeding and he will be 10 next week. I also m/c last month and when I did, I bled a whole lot for a day and a half, but the pains and cramping were horrible, so I think you are fine, just try to rest and take it easy until your u/s Tuesday and keep us updated.

early on in my pregnancy I had some spotting brown and lite pink for about two days. And I am doing fine. Some women so spot early in there pregnancy. I wouldnt start to worry intill you know for sure.
