if your pregnant and you are bleeding and having blood clots and your obgyn doctor does a vaginal sonogram and sees no sac or baby does that mean you had a miscarriage?

if you have miscarried then it will take a couple of weeks for the hormones to settle down and leave your body, they should have been able to see something at 8 wks although I would ask to be sent to a specialist place where they do ultrasounds as your doctors one maynot be as good , the only other reason for you to still be having symptoms is that you have had an incomplete miscarriage and you havent expelled everything, like I said I would def ask to have another one done at a clinic specialising in ultrasounds

i would have been 8 weeks today but they said i miscarries at 5 weeks but im still showing like im pregnant and my boobs are hard and getting bigger.. and i took a pregnancy test 2 weeks later and it said positive.

no its not a good sign, but it also depens on how far along you are as well

That is very likely... bleeding with clots is never a good sign...
