Soft gums and loads of ulcers

im 19 weeks pregnant and I have recently got something very wrong going on inside my mouth, I can't brush my teeth because the gums are so soft and bleed a lot, can't bite anything and top it off I have loads of ulcers come up inside my cheeks and I have about 12 on my bottom lip, I'm in agony all the time my throat hurts to swallow too, has anyone else had this problem?

Thats what happened to me when my wisdom teeth acted up. Ive only had 2 out and at different times. And now I have one acting up again but cant get it removed until after the baby. Ive finally got most of the gum swelling down using sensodyne tooth paste. "Brushing" with my finger and when it doesnt hurt too bad, with a soft bristle or baby tooth brush. But you gotta atleast rinse your mouth out cause the bacteria build up just irritates the gums more

Try taking lysine (available in the vitamin section at a good drugstore) and applying Campho-Phenique to the sores.  In the meantime, call your doctor's office and tell them what is going on.
