Could I be pregnant? Is it possible?

My cycle began on the 16th of January. I usually menstruate for about 7 days and I usually begin a new cycle every 28 days. I'm due for my period next week, but since 2/4 I've had very sory nipples. The pain has worsened since and today is only 2/7. I've taken a few pregnancy tests because I'm so convinced that I am since I never have tender nipples before my period, but they continue to come out negative. I have a doctor's appt next week, but could it be possible that I'm pregnant?

It could be or it could just be your body before your cycle this time.  My boobs never hurt before but then the last 3 times I got a cycle they did.   just depends on your hormone levels really.  Only way to know is with the tests .

The problem is pregnancy symptoms are the same as period symptoms so to be honest noone will be abe to tell for sure. It was one of my symptoms but then again I do have tender breasts/sore nipples, from time to time, before my period abt to start. I was exactly the same as you and wanted to find out as early as possible whether I was pregnant or not. The waiting game is now on so stick with it and try not to build your hopes up to avoid disappointment. You can take a test 6 days before your period is due. So good luck & I really hope that things work out the way you want them to work out. xx

Thank you both for your responses. It turns out that I still have not gotten my period, and I've had cramping for about 3 days now but no period at all which is really not like my body. I want to give it some more time so I scheduled an appt for next Friday 2/24. Hoping for the best!
