isit possible to hv a normal delivery witout execises?
Just a doubt... Is it also possible to have a natural delivery even without any exercise or any works? I am asking this coz i always hear people who give birth naturally work hard or exercise well preparing for the delivery. But I never heard the opposite. So wat abt people working on computers all the day??CCan natural labor happen to them?
I will be having baby #2 soon and I also hate ....hate exercising and my first labor was 5 hours and pretty darn easy :) I'm Hoping the same for this baby .....trust me I sit down way more than walk around....lol
