How far along is 23 weeks? A little confused.

It depends on how you want to do it. That's using 9 calendar months. Using 4 week intervals (which is how most count it)  you would be just about 6 months. Either way it's all the same. Just say 23 weeks - hardly anyone goes by months.

When I look it up on line it says 6months
Your First Trimester:
1st Month= Weeks 1,2,3,4
2nd Month= Weeks 5,6,7,8
3rd Month= Weeks 9,10,11,12,13

Your Second Trimester:
4th Month= Weeks 14,15,16,17
5th Month= Weeks 18,19,20,21
6th Month= Weeks 22,23,24,25,26

Your Third Trimester:
7th Month= Weeks 27,28,29,30
8th Month= Weeks 31,32,33,34,35
9th Month= Weeks 36,37,38,39,40
