What are the chances that I'm pregnant?

I have been on the pill for almost a year, and am sexually active. Last month, I took the pill at the same time every day. I got my period as usual on the third day of the inactive pills. On the last day of my inactive pills, I had sex. I started a new pack the next day as usual, and three weeks later should have gotten my period earlier today. I have not had sex since starting this month's pack of pills. However, I missed one day's pill this month and took another several hours late. Could this make my period late?
Has anyone else had a similar problem? (Late period because of missed/late pill(s), but without having sex)

Just to clarify - I did have sex, but it was after my last period ended and before I started my current pack of pills.

If you didn't have sex then no, you can't be pregnant. Missing a pill can and will affect your cycles since your body relies completely on your pills to keep it regulated.

I was on the pill for 7 years, and if I remember correctly, my period always started withn a day of being expected even if I messed up any pills... I would only start worrying if it was days and still nothing; you seem to be saying you expected it only today and it didn't come (?). I doubt that you are pregnant if that's what you are worried about, but you can always check with your dr. about stuff like that. Best wishes :)
