headaches..........

I have been getting headaches on and off sence the beginning of my pregnancy I'm now 15w4d & they seem to be occurring every day pretty bad I have suffered from migranes sence the age of 10 and i am wondering if there is any thing that helps head aches that you have done that may help me? I have tryed baths they helped some also tryed ice and laying down all day cuz i can't seem to function any advice helps? Thanks!

Ya i can not take my regular medication either and a warm bath only helps a little not barley any thing...all I can take is tylenol and that doesn't even help lavender makes me sick the smell but I'm going to try and find a smell that pillow sounds like a good idea thank you.

The smell of lavender helps me so much! I too suffer from migraines but cannot take my regular medication during pregnancy.. Ibuprofen does nothing, and neither does a relaxing bath.. Sometimes a small glass of cola will help me but it's usually the smell of lavendar.. I have a pillow you can stick in the freezer or microwave (depending on whether you like heat or cold) and it is lavendar scented. I place it on my face and head and lay down in the dark for 15 minutes and it helps greatly!
