Difference

How can you tell the difference between kicking, rolling, breathing, hiccups, punches, headbutts and etc?

Its all confusing except the rolls. And some woman can feel the child breathing. Grr

Hiccups kinda feel like a heartbeat steady for 1 to 3minutes. I can't tell about the kicking or puching they all feel like he's just whooping me lol. The rolls feel exactly like she said^^^ waves.
