Different names

I like very different names and I would like your ideas.  I'm having a boy :)
I love the name Joon for a boy, I know its the same as June but spelled differently but I know a guy named Joon and I absolutely love it.  I am latina and I've heard of joon for boys in Puerto Rico.

Anyway what do you think?  Is it ok for a boy or too femenine?
The name is one of our favorites but we are no where near picking out a name.

Others on the top of the list are Finley, Aurelio, Marcelo and Cid.

Mumita- I know its not spanish, but my friend has a son named Jarek Killian that I think is really cute.

I also had a hispanic boy in my class named Misael...I love that one!

PJ466-  My name is April, and I have to say I've never really been teased about it.  I do get the occasional smartalec calling me June or May, or April showers bring May flowers", but its always been in fun :-)

How about Valentino? Nothing to do with the designer but i like the name. Or what about Anton? I like the first name better! Good luck with your baby- hope you have a healthy one :) Marcelo is pretty cool too!

Well no offense to any of you ladies that like these names or have named their child with those names but I think that the names that rhyme with "Aiden" meaning "Jayden, Caden, Brayden" are too popular right now and I just can't do it.

The thing is, we're not looking for a completely odd name, we are looking for a classic name, that sounds cool and its not used at all right now. For example our top 3 are:
Finley, Marcelo and Joon

I don't think that any of the 3 are weird names, they are just not popular but they are beautiful names.

Motherofan18month-
Antonny (or any of its variations) is my dad's middle name and he HATES it, plus its too common
Cruz- Means Cross in spanish as in the Jesus cross and we're not religious at all so that wont work
Serafin-  I actually have a great uncle that his name is Serafin- which means some sort of angel, also religious, can't do it.

All of your suggestions are great keep them coming.

When we pick out names we always think about what we like (guilty) but what we need to put into consideration is the children, if their friends will tease them or not. Hubby and I love the name April but my younger sister made us promise never to give our child that name as she will be teased, but we really love the name as that month has many memories for us as a couple.
